"This is a quaint place and the ambience seems genuinely Irish. It was impeccsably clean and certainly offers everything that does a room at the Pfister or Kate, if you over look the abscense of a microwave and small fridge, neith of which is/was on our wish list. Also consider that parking is free, which costs 30+ dollars a night at the aforementioned and others of similar ilk. The location is convenient too, especially when you consider how eay it is to exit/enter the parking lot at your whim. "

"We were greeted by Melissa and Anastasia yesterday afternoon and they were so friendly and positive and helpful. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and it smelled so nice everywhere we went. We swam with family and had a great time and when I asked Anastasia about pool toys she brought some in and that was great. She also gave us extra towels after swimming. "I have stayed here many times but not since the renovations and even then it was a great stay! The Staff was fantastic and welcoming, we received an early check-in, food and beverage credit PLUS a room upgrade. The room was spectacular, The Pfister King Suite ... we hardly wanted to leave it. The history and overall vibe of this hotel is wonderful, plus a great lobby bar with several dining options on-site. We can't wait for our next stay and will be back. "

"Check in was a hassel front desk person was not nice or professional i had informed her i was extending my stay and she was very rude about how i had to proceed.
