"Loved our stay at the Tory - the hotel’s central location helped us have an amazing trip in Wellington, and the staff were always super friendly. A handy little gym (very limited but does the job) and a nice pool. Only downside was that the toilet did leak while we were there, but staff did offer for us to change rooms and fitted the bathroom with extra towels for the floor. Would recommend 👍"

"We stayed a week in a Deluxe King Studio while visiting our son who was living around the corner. The location is as good as it gets, very convenient to almost everything. Our apartment had a good sized living/bed area with a small table and a compact kitchenette. We were on the 8th floor with good views from windows on two sides. As a few people have stated, the pool is NOT on site, and im not the only person who thought it was at the apartments. This was UNCLEAR on the Expedia listing. It needs to be made clear that it is 700m down the road in a gym, and also needs to be clear that children are not allowed to swim there. "Everything about Oaks was great, my partner and I both enjoyed the room and the staff were super friendly. We chose the City view, no housekeeping package but the lovely man at the front desk added it on for no extra charge. This was my first time in Wellington so definitely made it memorable, my only complaint is that there were a lot of homeless people outside, but other than that, everything was great! "
