"A great place to stay in Lowestoft. Excellent value for money. We had the Deluxe room and it was worth every penny. Spacious, comfortable bed, super clean bathroom, tea and coffee. I am a well travelled person and this was super comfortable. The view was amazing, breakfast over the road and free on-road parking. Perfect. The hosts were super kind to make us comfortable with check in and out. A lovely visit to Lowestoft. "

"The accommodation was exactly as described on the advert good communication with host Jonathan although we never met but that was because we had no problems which was very good dog friendly not sure if dogs had been in before there was no doggy smells would definitely recommend to anyone the park was well looked after and very tidy "

Big choice of freshly made breakfasts which you request from the night before. Mark and Derek are welcoming, helpful with local knowledge and keen to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The location is good for walking to nearby pubs, restaurants, shops and the sea. "

"This is a rare gem tucked away in rural Suffolk but not 2 mins from the excellent blue boar pub. The hotel is friendly and welcomes furry friends. To get a breakfast included was phenomenal. "
