"A complete catastrophe, the house owner didn't get in touch. I booked the house 4 months before. When I arrived I couldn't move into the house, I was left lying on my side, without accommodation. The agency did take care of it a day later, but not for the day I arrived. I haven't received any reimbursement from them yet.
