This bright vintage Tech Terrace home is cute & pet-friendly! It features 2 bedrooms- 1 with a king bed and private bathroom, and 1 with a queen bed with a full bathroom just down the hall. This is the perfect setup for a small group of guests. A deluxe queen air mattress is provided for additional sleeping space. The kitchen is loaded with snacks and supplies for cooking at home. Includes a coffee bar with a variety of coffee, tea, and hot cocoa. A washer and dryer are also included, along with a dishwasher to make your life easier. The large fenced backyard is perfect for your dogs to run and play and a nice dinner on the patio. The living room has a smart TV that includes access to multiple streaming services and board games for your enjoyment. Its perfect location is just blocks from TTU campus, Jones AT&T Stadium, United Supermarkets Arena, & just down the road from both hospitals. It’s walking distance to a grocery store, coffee shop, bakery, brewery, local pizza place, & parks!

Fabulous Home
This place is so dang cute and the hosts are amazing! They provide so many extras! Snacks, water, streaming services. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and disposable toothbrushes! It’s the little touches that make it a great home and place to stay. Literally 5 minutes (if that) to Tech’s campus. Will absolutely be staying again!
