In Town Private Studio with Hot Tub!

This apartment is private but in town. It’s sits behind a restored 1876 Victorian home. The property sits high on a hill in town, two blocks from the ocean with water views. Please note that the hot tub will be closed for the winter.
The apartment is privately accessed behind the garage, on the second floor and has views of the pool and fire-pit (next door), Grand Manan Island, the quaint back yard gardens of Lubec and Canada's famous Campobello Island. Pool and Fire pit access is not included. View the bridge to Campobello Island while star gazing the night sky in your own ( private) two person hot tub. (Please Note: the Hot tub is closed from Oct 27, 2024 untill early May 2025….)Water in tub is always replaced and will be fresh for your use.
For cooking, there is a Jen Air gas stove top with side grill. Radiant heat keeps your toes toasty on those cool evenings. Listen to the fog horn from a queen size bed and watch the stars above through a large skylight.
Enjoy peace, quiet and privacy while still being in walking distance to down town.

Albeit we did not spend much time in the rental unit, it was a great place to come back to at the end of the day. It had everything we needed - bed, air conditioning, TV, sofa, full kitchen and a hot tub! Highly recommend this guest and stay for those exploring the area.

Perfect Lubec Getaway

Beautiful Lubec
We had a lovely stay. Lubec is remote, beautiful, and just what we were looking for. Its a place for hiking, viewing wildlife, and just winding down. The apartment was small, but perfect for a couple. It was clean, tidy, and a perfect fit for our 10 days. And we loved the hottub on the porch!

Perfect spot to stay during your trip to Lubec! Geno is very responsive and available if you need anything. We were able to walk to about everything we wanted to do during our stay and loved relaxing in the hottub during the evenings - you even have a view of the water from your balcony!

Beautiful town, lovely property
Geno's place was great and he was very helpful. The apartment was comfortable, well appointed, and clean. One specific logistical thing - from the pictures I was worried that there might be too much light for sleeping in the morning, but every window, including the skylights and sliding glass door have shades to cover them, so you get the best of both worlds. Lubec is such a beautiful and quaint town. Very quiet with lots of outdoor spots to explore.

My partner and I had a nice quiet time in Lubec with a couple little trips in the area. We enjoyed this apartment, took full advantage of the hot tub, and cooked a few tasty but simple meals using the kitchen. The place is a very short walk to the quiet yet charming Main Street. Geno was quick to respond for a quick hot tub demo when we arrived and has a kind demeanor. We couldn’t imagine the stay being nicer. Clean place all around, good neighborhood, great tv, great kitchen. Cozy.

Great location
We loved the little town of Lubec! It was one of our favorite stops on our month long road trip in Maine. This apartment was clean and very convenient to downtown. Geno was a great host. The apartment was quite small for the two of plus our two dogs. It worked for two nights but next time I would have rented the house below. The apartment is above a garage with an outside deck. If the house is rented be prepared to hear the other guests inside the apartment when they are outside. There is no air conditioning so you have the windows open and we found the guests staying in the house to be quite noisy. The only other complaint was that we had rented this apartment for the jacuzzi but when we arrived it was broken. It would have been nice to have gotten some notice or a bit of a refund.
