Economic yet comfortable
Very well designed room which was comfortable although small. Great shower and a very comfy mattress. Service in the hotel was really good. It was very clean. At this price, thoroughly recommend. Great location too, just over the river from the Aldstadt.

I enjoyed my stay and would stay there again! This is a new hotel - the staff was very welcoming and friendly, check-in was easy. The room was very clean (no carpet other than a small one in front of the bed) with a perfect shower! The room has a small fridge and an electric water kettle. The hotel is right between the train station and the bus terminal and a ~ 20 minute walk away from the old city. It is ideal when using public transportation. There is a public parking garage across from the hotel ($ 12 per day, no in-and-out privileges) however, paying with my credit card did not work and the machine does not take cash. There is a large open parking lot within a 5-10 minutes walk ($ 5 per day). There are several options to get some food / snacks: The hotel offers breakfast, some dinner options, and a bar. The mini market in the train station is open until 10 pm and there are a few other options to get food.

Das neue empfehlenswerte, komfortable und saubere Hotel ist vom Bahnhof aus mit wenigen Schritten erreichbar. Das Holstentor liegt in Sichtweite und die Altstadt mit ihren Sehenswürdigkeiten und Entdeckungsmöglichkeiten befindet sich nur einen kurzen Fußweg entfernt. Die Zimmer sind sehr ansprechend und modern eingerichtet mit bequemen Betten. Das Bad ist angenehm groß mit begehbarer Dusche. Safe, Kaffeekocher und ein Mineralwasser zur Begrüßung gehören zu den angenehmen Extras. Auch als Einzelreisende bekam ich ein großes Zimmer, das aufgrund seiner Ecklage sogar zwei Fensterfronten bot und alles hell und lichtdurchflutet wirken ließ. Sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend ist das Personal. Schon beim Einchecken fühlt man sich als Gast wirklich willkommen. Sehr vielfältige und nützliche Empfehlungen bekam ich auf Anfrage mit dem Stadtplan gleich dazu. Dafür ein besonderes Dankeschön!

Leider hat das Hotel keine Parkmöglichkeiten. Das in der Nachbarschaft gelegene Parkhaus ist sehr teuer ( 3,10 pro Stunde, 20€ pro Tag) ansonsten nur 2 Stunden parken mit Parkscheibe. Ein Parkplatz mit 5€ pro Tag ist fussläufig ca 5 min entfernt, leider aber auch etwas versteckt, nicht ausgeschildert.
