Very nice house near Lucca and Pisa, and fairly close to the beaches of Viareggio. We loved the spacious garden and the pool. The house is cosy and well equipped, lots of books, games and videos for entertainment as well.

We spend 1 excellent week in this villa. The villa is well equipped. The swimming pool is large and the children enjoyed it. The villa is in a quiet village and is well located (about 20 min by car from Pisa or Lucca and 1h to Firenze). It was heart breaking to leave.

Wir waren für 10 Tage im Mai/ Juni dort und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Lage des Hauses ist wirklich gut - am Rand eines kleinen Dorfes, viel Natur drum herum, man ist mit dem Auto sehr schnell in Pisa und auch Florenz ist nicht weit. Sehr sauber, sehr gute und freundliche Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer und auch mit dem Kontakt vor Ort. Besonderes Highlight war der große private und sehr saubere Pool wenige Schritte vom Haus entfernt. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen!

Super fijne communicatie. Liefdevol ontvangen, de eigenaar had zelfs een wijntje en biertje voor ons klaar staan omdat de winkels al dicht waren toen we aan kwamen. Leuke tips vanuit de eigenaar en host gekregen. Heerlijk huis en prachtige tuin. Met voor onze kinderen natuurlijk het zwembad als toppunt. Ideale plek om mooie plekjes als pisa en lucca te bezoeken. Wij hebben ook de trip naar Cinque terre gemaakt die erg de moeite waard is. Aanrader
