"A bizarre experience… Wasn’t able to actually stay at this property as I never received check-in instructions from the host. Unfortunately the host read and ignored my messages and emails as well as communications from the property manager (they weren’t much help either), for reasons unknown. Luckily hotels.com stepped in and gave me a full refund + a voucher for compensation."

"The bed was uncomfortable and the room is smaller than appears in the picture. There is not a lot of space in the bathroom, no where to hang towels or to even place toilet paper. No cleaning items are provided such as dustpan and broom or additional towels provided. The instructions to check in was clear and easy to understand."

"V convenient for City airport, DLR (<10 mins walk), and there’s a bus stop (474? 473 too?) pretty much outside. Had a nice little snack in the evening , seemed relatively peaceful.
