"Summers Inn is a nice motel. The staff at the office and the breakfast area were very nice and polite. The bathroom in the room was small. Which is typical for the older motels. But, it was very clean. Breakfast was handled differently than most motels. You chose what you wanted the night before along with a time to eat the next morning. Worked great in my opinion."

"Loved our return trip to this place. 2 things that were negative. The upstairs people were up at five am and the kids running from one end of the house to the other. The guest bedroom didn’t have a sheet on it. We will probably return next year but want to be certain upstairs will be empty. "

"My adult daughters and their husbands stayed in the house for a couple of nights because we didn’t have room at our house. The house was nice and clean. The price of $88 dollars a night sounded great until all of the fees were added. The two nights came to over $500. Next time I’ll book a hotel for them. "

"The property was really close to the beach. Had issues with the room. The situation was handled poorly. Had to go to another property to speak to a manager. It was resolved after 3 room changes, but much time lost due to this. The pool and hot tub is amazing. "

There was only two negative items whatever they use in the building to clean the condos really affected girlfriends asthma Right after we checked in or they clean something The other thing was, the bed was very uncomfortable but overall, we both enjoyed the stay "

"Thank you for a wonderful stay at the Dune Cottage. The home is beautiful and the attention to detail for making the stay amazing for renters is notable throughout the house. "Cozy Town Beach Cottage was perfect for our short getaway. It was comfy, CLEAN, cozy, and quiet. Its convenience to the beachfront, walking trails and local restaurants was ideal for us. The host was wonderful! There was a problem with the cable (local outage - not the host’s fault) and she responded immediately and stayed in communication until it was resolved. VERY HELPFUL!! We had a great time in Ludington!!"
