"We’ve visited The Snug 5 times now and every time it is wonderful. Whether you have sunny and warm days to enjoy the garden or cold and windy days to enjoy the log burning fire, they are all perfect. It’s always so difficult to leave, hence why we keep coming back! Everything is spotless and truly lovely. "

"This was our second Christmas spent at Andy’s cottage. Perfect size for the three of us. Kitchen has all of the essentials and is a lovely size looking out over the garden and fields. Shitterton is a lovely quiet hamlet with lovely period, thatched cottages.Most of our time was spent in the cosy, spacious living room with a fire roaring away. Lovely place and Andy is a great host and responds promptly to any questions."

"The property is updated and clean. It's close to shopping and eateries. The only negative comment I have is that their website needs to update how to enter the apartment. Instead of stating to enter code and push door, tell patrons to enter door and turn knob while the button on the knob is still green. It was, honestly, a bit confusing. Fab lodge, lovely people

"This was a return visit for us and our dog. It's a lovely location, with scenic walks for the dog, aubreys restaurant for us and the activities and family disco for the little one. Our Heartwood lodge was spotless and the doggie welcome pack was very much appreciated (our dog loved the little rope toy!) Steve the night service guy welcomed.us for checkin, he is so lovely and warm. The lodge had everything a family could need, kitchen utensils, etc. The bath in the bedroom was a really nice touch, I spent the first night soaking after the long drive with a glass of wine! The only downside was the shower design, which leaked water all over the floor, but there is nothing anyone can do about this. It's a lovely drive to Bournemouth or any of the New Forest towns. We are already looking forward to next year!"

"Amazing place, temperature was minus and freezing so couldn’t get the heating high enough, but to be fair the bed was extremely comfy and had a really good sleep before going onto my next location, would definitely stay again and give time to use the facilities better! The Nog inn was a great local pub for food and drink 5 mins in a taxi "
