Super clean. Excellent location within 3 mins walk of the main station. Holstentor just minutes away. Apartment had everything you'd need and was a generous size. We'd definitely return.

This is a very stylish hotel and ideal for any travel influencer. (Each room comes with a Fuji Instax camera and one free roll of film.) The property is very close to the train station and in walking distance to Lübeck old town. Parking in front of the house is limited. The rooms get really hot during the summer months due to the lack of air conditioning. Communication with property manager via text message is a bit slow. The fact that the hotel has no reception makes it feel a bit impersonal.

Dejligt værelse i et fantastisk design. Sengen var god. Til trods for at Lübeck er en travl by, så hørte vi næsten ikke noget. Der var lidt bøvl ved check in, da vi ikke havde koden, men det blev hurtigt ordnet :) Da vi først fik den, var alt i skønneste orden. Der er kaffe/the på værelser, men ikke køleskab, så hvis man ønsker dette skal man booke lejligheden. Vores værelse var i kælderen - næste gang vio vi nok vælge en højere oppe.

De driver hotellet utan personal vilket såklart känns opersonligt även om de försöker med roliga meddelanden via whatsapp. All kommunikation sker via mobilen. Även dörrarna öppnas med telefonen. Det är lite annorlunda men kanske en vanesak. Lite vanskligt då man är beroende av att nätet och telefonen fungerar som det skall vilket är lite så och så i Tyskland. Riktigt fräsch dusch! De hade lite saker man kunde låna/köpa. Det var oklart vad tanken var med dessa. Väska, yogamattor, polaroidkamera och laddsladdar.

Ich kann das Hotel absolut empfehlen. Hochwertige Einrichtung. Cooles modernes Designer. Hervorragend Betten. Sehr sicher mit dem Zugang ins Hotel (da keine Rezeption vorhanden) und ins Zimmer. Voll ausgestattete Küche, mit allem was man so braucht. Wunderschönes Bad mit matt-goldenen Armaturen. Yoga Matte, WLAN, Fotokamera, Pinnwand. Ach, einfach HERVORRAGEND!!!!

Be prepared for diffyculties getting to your room
The description on Hotels dot com says “reception open 24 hours” this is fake. This is a NO reception hotel. Doors at BOB W are opened from your phone and you are required to do online check-in before that works. Hotels dot com did not provide an online check-in link, and the phone number to “contact host” was invalid. And BOB W was inresponsive to requests via mail or via Hotels dot Com “contact host”. So we couldnt get in. Spent more than hour on that. I was i. A state of “we have been cheated” and was starting to look up alternatives. Extremely anoying situation. Why didnt BOB W send me the check-in link together with the welcome e-mail ? Standing in front of the hotel door was valid phone number and a friendly person helped. Once you have access it works ok, and the room itself was small but nicely renovated and clean.
