We were asked to self check in through a device at late night when we arrived. It wasn't convenient when you travel with family. Not enough parking space and I had to park outside. There was a Lady at the reception, who wasn't very helpful at night, however, later her Boss turned up who was helpful.

Proximity to train station!
Location was great- five minute walk to the train station. Room size was small, so next time I’d book two rooms. Our party of four needs the extra space.

Very nice stay.
Excellent location very close to sights and restaurants as well as to the train station for an easy day trip to Hamburg. Hotel was excellent value for money and with a management clearly proud of their property. Would certainly stay there again.

all of this was hard. and, entering the parking there is a low concrete barrier on the passenger side of the car if you turn right. not visible from the driver's side. i hit that and now am dealing with a big insurance problem with my car rental agency.

Ich hatte einen ausgezeichneten Aufenthalt im B&B Hotel in einem sehr ansprechenden Zimmer in ruhiger Lage mit guten Auslaufmöglichkeiten in der näheren Umgebung für unsere Hündin. Die MitarbeiterInnen hatten immer ein nettes Wort und waren sehr motiviert, den Aufenthalt für ihre Gäste besonders zu machen. Ich kann dieses Hotel nur jedem empfehlen!

Das Hotel hat eine perfekte Lage um auf den ÖPNV verzichten zu können. Bahnhof ist 5 Minuten entfernt. Innenstadt 10 Minuten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ebenfalls. Das Hotelzimmer ist für 2 Personen ausreichend gewesen was die Größe betrifft. Leider fehlten uns, vorallem für die Morgen- und Abendstunden eine Möglichkeit des Sichtschutzes durch z.B. Plissees oder einer lichtdurchlässigen Gardine. Unser Zimmer war zur Straße hin und somit musste man immer die Verdunklungsrollos nutzen. (Hier bitte nachbessern!) Desweiteren wäre eine Möglichkeit im Badezimmer zum Trocknen der Handtücher von Vorteil gewesen. Haken gab es zwar, aber keine Handtuchstange oder ähnliches. Das Bett war super gemütlich, doch leider schon sehr durchgelegen. Vielleicht kann man hier einmal im Quartal die Matratze wenden? Ansonsten waren wir sehr begeistert und dankbar für das super nette Personal Alle Wünsche und Anliegen wurden mit einem Lächeln auf den Lippen umgesetzt bzw. kommuniziert. Wir waren definitiv nicht das letzte Mal in einem B&B Hotel
