Hotel complex is like a maze and it took me a while to find reception due to lack of signposts. Only complaint about the room was that the pillows were too soft and gave no support and the duvet was way too thick for summer. Good AC in the room. Breakfast was good.

Picturesque hotel in a lovely town
Our main reason for booking this hotel was the proximity to Hamburg and it was within walking distance to the train station. It's location on the river was picturesque and it was close to all amenities and restaurants. Parking whilst provided was difficult, as parking garage and parking spots were extremely tight, even for a small car. Rooms were average size, which is understandable for an older building, but the beds were absolutely awful (sagging) and uncomfortable. There was an indoor swimming pool that was beneficial after a day of sighseeing.

Like when i want a specific food they cant recommend anything except their own restaurant which does not have what i want.. this is rhe same patern.. the employes are not helpfull or have little knowledge of the town

Ein sehr schönes Hotel , leider sind die Parkplätze am hotel zu teuer. War von Sonntag Nachmittag 16 uhr bis Mittwoch vormittag 9.45 uhr dort, einmal für einige Stunden rausgefahren und hab insgesamt 75 € bezahlt, man sollte mal über eine pauschale für Gäste des Hotels nachdenken
