Ich und meine Eltern haben das Hotel für ein paar Tage für zwei Tage gebucht. Ich kann es nur empfehlen und wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen. Sehr zentral und wunderschön gelegen. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und komfortabel. Ich hatte ein Komfortzimmer mit Blick auf die Ilmenau. Klimaanlage funktionierte hervorragend auch nicht zu laut, so dass man auch das Fenster schließen konnte über Nacht, falls es doch mal etwas lauter wird von draußen. Wir haben bewusst nicht über das Wochenende gebucht, um den Trubel in Lüneburg zu umgehen. Eine sehr entspannte und angenehme Atmosphäre im Hotel, besonders das Frühstück ist hervorzuheben. Mir fällt nichts ein, was ich beim Frühstück vermisst hätte, auch standen genügend Tische zur Verfügung und es war somit ein gelungener Start in den Tag. Zwei kleine Tips an das Hotel. Einmal auf dem Informationsblatt erwähnen, dass zum Checkout nur die Zimmerkarte in die entsprechende Box an der Rezeption geworfen werden muss und vielleicht auch die Kissen austauschen,aber auf mein Bitten wurden uns auch sofort zwei zusätzliche Kissen auf das Zimmer gebracht. Ich denke auch das Alte Kaufhaus hat mit Personalmangel zu kämpfen, was der Gast aber nicht merkt. Personal sehr freundlich. Insbesondere möchte ich hier noch einmal die Hotelmanagerin vor Ort erwähnen, sie hatte einen guten Blick für das was der Gast wünscht und glaube auch alles sehr gut im Griff. Wir kommen wieder.

Die Lage ist einfach 1a. Wir hatten Blick auf die Ilmenau, das Hotel liegt sehr zental und es ist trotzdem super ruhig. Das Frühstück war erklassig und das Personal sehr nett. Ich kann dieses Hotel nur weiterempfehlen. Nur die Lautstärke vom Fernseher war stark gedrosselt und wir konnten kaum verstehen.
