"Front desk staff was incredibly helpful and professional. They went above and beyond to make sure our room had a roll away bed as requested. Pool was nice, could have used a cleaning but it wasn’t the end of the world. The plastic chairs by the pool need some attention everyone in our group had small pieces of fiberglass in them after sitting in the chairs. My only big complaint would be the house keeping staff, we stayed in our room 3 nights and they never once came in to take out the trash...

"We were evacuating from a hurricane and looking for a space to get away safely for a couple of days until we could return home. We wound up at the Best Western and couldn’t have been more pleased. Our room was spacious (we had a room with 3 beds for our large family!) and the beds were comfortable. The AC was ice cold and everyone slept great. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool because of the weather but it looked refreshing. We weren’t too far away from groceries or restaurants yet...
