The staff at the hotel are just delightful and really go out of their way to be helpful. Only suggestions to owner would be a welcome pack of milk, bread, juice etc as an option would be a nice touch - we arrived quite late at night and the local supermarkets were all closed :( and also an information pack for guests would be useful as we didn’t want to be bugging you with questions all the time - where to find towels, WiFi code, how to get hot water etc. Thank you for a wonderful...

"Beautiful spacious villa, it was immaculate inside and it had everything you will likely need in the kitchen. The place is very glamourous and it is even larger than it appears in the photos. The location is excellent and you have amenities nearby plus you're at the foot of the alps. The host was very friendly and couldn't do more to help. "The property is in the centre of Vicenza. Most, if not all areas of interest are within walking distance of the hotel. The staff are pleasant and helpful. Hotel rooms are adequate, in my case, for two people, clean with coffee or tea making facilities. ( it could do with a couple of extra hooks in the bathroom to hang towels etc.. Breakfast was abundant with a very good selection of savoury and sweet fare. "

Nice stay in Vicenza

"The hotel was nice overall. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bathroom has plenty of space and the shower is a good size. The room was serviced and cleaned every day. Breakfast was a great deal at only 5 euro per day. Only issue I had was that I hardly ever saw anyone at the front desk. In fact, when I arrived there Sunday around 6pm, the front door was locked and nobody was at the front desk. I had to call their number and they remotely let me in. They left my room key in an envelope on the front desk. There is a great restaurant right in front of the hotel. There is also a small shopping center with a grocery store right across the street."

"Great hotel! clean room and helpful staff. also 20 min walk to town center but sound was an issue in the rooms as you could hear the room next door or people walking down the corridor. another plus was the supermarket downstairs was very handy "
