The village of Margon does not have any shops though there are lots at both Pouxelles and Roujon each just 2km away. Margon does have an excellent restaurant. "This property lived up to our expectations. it is a quirky yet comfortable place to stay. My husband and I spent a month their at the beginning of Autumn, and were joined by friends for the middle 2 weeks. The house is a short drive from Olargues which has a great boulangerie, a small supermarket and a couple of very good restaurants. "Property exterior was quite run down-also had dilapidated farm building attached. The interior does not match the exterior at all. We only found out a week before we travelled that there was a hire charge of 20 euro per room for bedding for stays of 7 days or less, had to pay 60 euro more on arrival for our 7 night stay . This is omitted from property details, I think this charge is outrageous. On positive note- the defective oven was replaced in 2 days and Pierre`s wine is excellent."

"Everything about this property is lovely. It is nicely decorated and equipped with all modern conveniences. We were visiting family and didn't have to cook any meals, but the kitchen is well equipped. We will have to come again when the weather is warmer to use the pool and enjoy the garden.
