"The reception tried her best to fulfill my request and was friendly. I forgot to put the sign of do not disturb so the housekeeper did a good job cleaning. I thought it would have been cleaned only when i put the sign to ask for housekeeping. The ventilation of other rooms seemed no working so I smell when the neighbors were cooking. To sum up, a good value for a business traveler who cares about budget."

"très bel hôtel, accueil très chaleureux avec de bonnes explications. Petit dejeuner un peu cher mais ce sont des studios donc on peut tout faire sans passer par le bar. Plateau de courtoisie très sympa. Belle salle de bain, bref juste un bémol: il ne faisait pas très chaud. certes il était possible d'allumer un radiateur d'appoint. Environnement interieur très joli. A deux pas des arènes et du centre. Et en qualité/prix, tout à fait correct. Service bagagerie en plus. "

" Sehr schöne, großzügige Wohnung, mit direktem Ausgang zum Strand und nur 10 m von der Strandpromenade entfernt. Das Bad ist neu und sehr geschmackvoll renoviert und es gibt inzwischen eine zusätzliche Toilette. Mehrere gute Restaurants, eine Bäckerei gegenüber und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Concierge war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!"

"One minute walk to train station and bus station. And a small supermarket next door. They had a free water cooler so you could fill up water bottles. "Wir haben einen wunderbaren Urlaub in Südfrankreich erlebt. Vielen Dank dafür. Das ruhige klimatisierte Ferienhaus war mit drei Zimmern, einem kombinierten Wohnzimmer/Küchebereich, einem großzigigen Bad mit zwei Waschbecken, einem separaten WC und einer Waschmaschine großzügig angelegt. Es gab einen großen Außenpool, der klar, sehr gepflegt und nur für die Mieter des Hauses zur Verfügung stand. Der Pool ist von außen nicht einsehbar, was wir sehr toll fanden. "Where do I even begin…This was one of the worst apartment I’ve ever booked. As soon as you walk in, the smell of urine and the sight of the dirty walls, floors, and couch catches your eyes and your smell immediately. The couch had tons of dark stains, who knows what that could’ve been. When we walked in to the bedroom, there was no sheets and you had to put them on yourself. The bathroom smelled disgusting. "We all had a wonderful stay at this very secluded home on a sheep farm with pretty grounds and views and were able to explore the many acres of the farm with a very informative tour of the vineyards which resulted in a wine tasting session of Jeffs excellent wines. Our hosts were helpful and very welcoming. I should point out that the property is advertised as having two bathrooms when it infact only has one but the beds are comfortable and we all slept well. "The checkin was ok but since I was 1.5h early I could not enter the room and storing my luggage was 4eur so they told me I could have lunch in the meantime. So I did but after ordering they told me I should move to another area because there was an event starting. So I did and then a big group of people did check in so o asked and they checked me in. If they had a chaotic afternoon they could have checked me earlier. The elevator wasn't working well and was being repaired. Other than that, the stay was great. The hotel is very nicely designed, a hybrid between hostel and hotel. The room was small but cozy. The bathroom was clean but didn't offer small towels. You can manage with the big ones. No hair dryer or iron, but it's a budget hotel so it's ok. It's close to the station. Staff was nice. Did not charge me with leaving my luggage after the checkout. I would come back!"

"Lovely 3 star! Stone throw from Gare St Roch if train arriving from Carcassonne platform!! Or 2 min walk from main staion!! We were well suprised that hotel was attached to a 5 star property (linking corridor)and you could enjoy the facilites of fab cocktail bar) etc Room decent size. Bathrooom nice, Kettle/coffee etc (No fridge) 10 mins walk to Main Place Comedie( Trams from hotel everywhere!) Great place!!"
