"Stayed 2 nights in the Shenzhen suite. Conformable stay, good service by the staff. Would be better if the design is more thoughtful eg there is no full length mirror in the room, the bathroom light could not be switched on if the “master” light switch is off (had to turn on the “master” when one of us had to go to the bathroom in the middle of the light), and the video screen in the 100/F lounge was too bright. "

"The room was big, a bit outdated but its clean, the hotel is very close to the subway station and shopping area. The lobby is vey quiet, hotel lobby staff is ok, I didn't feel very welcomy maybe because the staff are sitting behind the desk and it feels like more of an office than a hotel. I think this is a thing they need to improve, perhaps change the seats to high chair so if they need to stand up its easier for them, I'm not against them sitting, I know its a hard job to stand up all day....

Very strong smells reminiscent of a leather-jacket clad, mustachioed, aviator-sunglasses wearing drunken uncle, again, circa 1980s. Overall though, not bad. Just a personal preference. The lady at check in overcharged me but called and rectified the mistake before I noticed. So honest, polite, and decent enough. "
