"First impression the property was good near a Spar supermarket and walkable to the centre maybe 15 mins. A comedy club and night life in walking distance . The facilities were good for cooking . My main problem was the TV kept losing signal didn’t manage to watch one programme throughout and the main bedroom had a damp smell. as there was a damp patch on the bedroom wall that needs treating and you could smell it also it being a health hazard. I could not have slept in that room. There was a bed...

"Pros: The company made sure all instructions to enter the property was understood and was well organised throughout. I had no problems entering the property. In addition they gave us leaflets in the property which recommended great activities throughout Belfast. Also the accommodation had great facilities such as hair dryer, washer and iron. To add further the accommodation was only 20 mins walk from city centre. Would recommend property. Cons: - Cleanliness of the property could be improved...

"We booked this place as the ad said 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as a fireplace. No fireplace and only one bathroom. Then they argued with me that I was incorrect! Place was nice enough, but needs a good mopping of the floors as they were really sticky like drinks had been spilled or something. A coffee press would be a great addition. "

"Excellent accommodation. Bags of rooms. Clean, very spacious modern urban flat. Great reception areas for large families (we were only three) Whilst on the other side of the river (area needs developing) to the centre it was really close across the bridge. It also had great access for the motorways for trips outside Belfast. Highly recommended. "
