Gone downhill

This property is looking very tired. The standard of cleanliness particularly in the lifts and the bedroom carpets (covered in stains) left a lot to be desired. Food and restaurant very average.

Visiting family so a flying visit! I know Luton well so wasn’t there for shopping etc. Accessible when driving to go shopping or for transport links but also on the outskirts so nice and quiet! Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Lots of parking too! Room a nice size with with iron etc. would definitely stay again!!

Really nice staff from the very moment I arrived and did the check-in to breakfast time. Hotel is a bit outdated maybe, carpet in the rooms and the bed wasn’t the comfiest, other than that and very pleasant stay.
