"Be careful not to get this one mixed up with the other central hotel in Luxembourg, this one is on Rue Du Kiem in Neudorf (short distance to Kirchberg). Yes, there were a few niggles here and there, but my general feelings about the Central were good. The room was nice and modern, the bed comfortable and the room quiet and a comfortable temperature. We visited in October and all was fine, however the hotel does not have any air conditioning, so in the summer months, things may be different....
