"I enjoyed the spaciousness and the view of the pool from my ground floor balcony. The staff was friendly and helpful. I think the rooms felt slightly dated and had a bit of a damp/mouldy odour. The walk into Luz took about 20 minutes and in the heat a good deal longer. The bus which was near the resort came very infrequently but my husband and I did enjoy our stay."

"Incredible view of the sunrise from our patio. Lovely staff, huge accommodations and a fresh loaf of bread hanging on our door every morning. Bruno at reception explained the walking trails to both nearby villages and the staff even washed our dishes while we were out enjoying the area. 10 stars if we could."

"We were pleasantly surprised with the quiet, laid back beach town Luz. Praia de luz was a very short walk away from the apartment and ended up becoming one of our favourite beaches in the Algarve. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and well equipped for our stay. An excellent option close to Lagos but outside the tourist area. "
