"The property has not been maintained or checked for cleanliness prior to occupation. Mould on surface of dinner plates, bowls requiring cleaning prior to use. Strong odor of urine in living room, dank smell from kitchen drain, mold . At check-in we were told to purchase our own toilet paper! No paper towels either.Mosquito infested outdoor sitting area precluded its use and no screens on any windows or doors."

"My wife and I had a wonderful cycling and walking holiday in Argelès Gazost. The house is in a peaceful location on the edge of the town but just a 5 minute stroll to all the amenities. The house had everything we needed and the grounds provided a variety of areas to sit out, to eat and to enjoy the views."

"A beautifully converted barn in a quiet location near Argeles-Gazost for amenities. Rooms were to a high standard with excellent shower and jacuzzi bath. "Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Émilie dans cette charmante commune d'Asté. Le logement est conforme à sa description. On y est au calme et c'était un plaisir d'y passer ces quelques jours. Les activités autour d'Asté sont nombreuses. Nous avons pu profiter : - des grottes de Medous. - de balades autour du Tourmalet et du Chiroulet. Vraiment un super séjour ! Merci."

"We enjoyed our stay in this cute mountain cabin. The views were incredible and it was easy to find. The beds were comfortable, but be warned you need to bring your own sheets and towels, which is not made clear when you book. The floorboards are a little squeaky and there are no comfy chairs outside to sit and admire that gorgeous view from, but apart from that, it was very pleasant. The kitchen is well stocked and the place was immaculately clean. Philippe was a very welcoming host."

"No welcome instructions sent, had to call the owner who asked us why we were phoning! However...Nice gîte in quiet location not too far from cable car (journey 5 mins by car) to ski station. Comfy real fire and multi fuel burner. Faded living area. Nice bathroom and nice enough second bathroom. Good enough kitchen but some things missing eg. cheese grater a good knife...a few things like that. Generally a nice place to stay but needs some TLC and more dinner plates (only 3 there and about 40...

"This is one of those rare properties that has had little done to it in 30 years but then the price hasnt changed either! Very good value for money for 4 people and a dog. There are a couple of things that could be improved without spending a fortune, the bath mat and anti slip mat are truly disgusting!
