Food in the tipi was also great, would have liked to have seen some more sweet breakfast and healthy options though. It would also be great if there was an on-site shop to buy any groceries/essentials to save having to drive elsewhere."

"It’s in a great location and good for a short break. This is our second visit to this property so obviously we were happy to return. Some attention is now needed to maintain good reviews. "It was a perfect property for a large family getting together from different parts of the world. The house is spacious with many sleeping options and well equipped for large groups including cooking facilities. The garden is very pretty and well looked after. We had a great time. "

"This house is beautiful and sparse. We were a group of 8 adults and the house did not feel crowded at all. Unfortunately, the BBQ shown in the garden images does not work, however this was not necessarily mentioned as an amenity in the listing. The only place this house loses points is in its cleanliness - this really was not up to standard, as mentioned in previous reviews. Shower drains were full of hair from previous visitors; multiple bedrooms had either old food, empty wine or water...

"We had a great time at the lodge, it was spacious, well presented and in a nice wuiet location. All amenities were as listed and we didn't find anything wanting. The children found lots to do at the hoburne site and we could relax in the peaceful surroundings. Overall, a wonderful base ro explore the area. "

"The location of the property was perfect to visit other areas of the Cotswolds. The property was quiet and had everything you needed to make it feel like home. The beds were so comfortable and have never slept so well. It was peaceful and relaxing and was lovely to hear the church bells even through the night. The location was ideal to explore and walk around the village and countryside. Would stay here again and highly recommend."
