Stay was ok. Everything was fine until my ceiling leaked at the end and when I asked about getting any sort of discount the person behind the desk got short with me. I was polite about it. Other than that good value for the area

THEY HAVE ANTS BAD THE OWNERS ARE VERY RUDE AND GETS SMART WITH THE CUSTOMERS AND THEN THEY ASK U WHY DID U GET ANOTHER ROOM FOR THE CARPET ARE DIRTY BURNED HOLES IN THEY SHEETS AND COVERS BLOOD STAINS ON THE BED UNDER THE BLANKETS THE FITTED SHEETS HAD BROWN PEE STAINS THE BEDA IT WAS THE WORSE HOTEL I EVER STAYED IN WILL NOT BE STAYING THERE EVER AGAIN NEED NEW OWNERS IN THELINN

I was visiting grandchildren. The room was adequate at best. The room was clean but very dated. The key cards didn’t work properly. The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating which made the stay a pleasant one

The facility has been allowed to run down. The carpet in our room had holes and rips. The refrigerator didn’t work. The microwave handle was broken. The TV stand legs were broken on both sides and propped against the wall. There was a part of the floor that sunk down when stepped on. The fan in the bathroom was broken. There was a cockroach on the bathroom floor when we woke up in the morning. We checked out after the first day and went to a different hotel.

Second night of two-night stay

The location is ideal for people needing a place to spend a night or two while in town for an event at the college or en-route to another nearby location, as we were. Rooms are reasonably priced, with complimentary breakfast. Wide variety of eateries within walking distance of the hotel. Safe neighborhood due to the college campus & campus security. Well-lighted parking lot. Pets are welcome. Friendly, helpful staff.

Room didnt look like it was cleaned what so ever and the room was way overpriced to be that nasty and the manager did nothing to resolve the issue. Had to go out and buy my own cleaning supplies.

Terrible terrible terrible

The place was dirty and smelled terrible, the guy at the front desk was very rude. I rented a jacuzzi suite and he tried to give me another room that was not equal or even close to what the pictures show! Very bad experience, I couldn’t wait to leave, then he only refunded a partial refund of when I paid more and said it would take 5-7 businesses days to recover my money.

We stayed here because of the close proximity to the Liberty ice center and football stadium. It could be a decent place if some renovations were put into it. Our room had a bulge in the floor where there was water damage. It reaked of mildew and mold. The wall had stains all over it too.

Our room needed some maintenance! The Receptacle in the bathroom did not work. One bed was a queen & one bed was a full (unlike the description). The door was "out of square" and took effort to pull or push shut. We had to ask for wash cloths, soap, and shampoo.

Our adult sons traveled with us and were very satisfied with their room. After a rocky beginning, we were assigned to a room with firm mattress and was clean, and well appointed. One particular front desk member was exceptionally kind, personable and went out of her way to make our four day stay comfortable as I am handicapped. The dining area was always clean, fruit fresh and waffle batter prepared each morning.
