DIFY Joli - Place des Brotteaux

Apartment with lots of character, large bright living room and renovated. The apartment is located on the second floor of a beautiful 18th century building and has a balcony.

Housing
This fully renovated and equipped apartment can accommodate up to 5 people (a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a large single bed and a living room with a double sofa bed, also and very comfortable with a real mattress). You will enjoy the apartment in full and will be free to use all the equipment. Sheets and towels are fully provided. Unlimited internet, TV, equipped kitchen, coffee machine, washing machine, dryer, microwave, mobile air conditioner, and fan.

Access to the entire housing (not shared with the owner).

Other remarks
The cleaning fee includes cleaning on arrival and after check-out but also linen, towels, toiletries and coffee for your arrival.
Only one set of keys will be given for your stay.
You will be asked to show an original version of your ID in person upon arrival when you collect the keys.
I will welcome you at the apartment the day of your arrival. Do not hesitate to tell me more about your arrival time.
Arrival times are between 2 pm and 8 pm. Outside these hours and subject to availability, an extra charge will be required:
- 2 pm to 5 pm: 20€
- 8 pm to 11 pm: 20 €
No check in after 11 pm will be done.

When you leave, thank you to return the accommodation as you found it on your arrival.
The cleaning fee will be charged a second time in case of failure to respect the time limit for departure.

Beautiful apt, loud location
The apartment was clean, beautiful and well appointed as listed. The communications with host were ok. We received detailed locations on how to access the apartment only 20 minutes before our desired check-in time. The location of the apartment was good, about 8 minute walk to the nearest metro station and 15 minute walk to train station. Guests may be surprised that a restaurant is located in the apt entryway and garbage bins and cooking smells there can be quite unpleasant when entering the building. The main reason for a 3-star rating is that the neighborhood was under construction and the noise was unbearable from 7 a.m. to 4:30-5:00 p.m. each day. Also, the portable air conditioner didn't work and it was very hot in the apartment. A large crane blocked any view from the balcony. Guests should inquire about the status of the project before booking, I would have liked to be informed.
