The only reason I marked down on cleanliness was one of the shower drains was either blocked or had something else wrong with it, as it drained poorly and stank the place out if we took the cover off. Contacted the team and was only a a short term fix as it appeared again. We had 2 showers though so hardly affected us. Would highly recommend due to the great location and facilities nearby."

"My wife left this hotel in one hour after check-in, as soon as she saw the room. The room was dirty, air-conditioner didn't work etc. As a result, she had to find a new accommodation in Tallinn, late in night. The hotel was paid for 5 days, but according to Expedia agent answer, the property manager refused to make a refund and Expedia didn't refund us. DON'T BOOK AND DON'T CONSIDER THIS PLACE."

"This is the best apartment hotel experience in the Baltics. Rooms are specious, with good sturdy beds(unlike other places with featherweight ikea beds). The soundproofing is also good - i didnt hear other people in their rooms. Facilities are new and nice, has an elevator, checkin/checkout seemless. Have to mention that the checkout time is also noon - a luxury when most places kick you out by 10am. "

"Very nice place and excellent location. Shower could use a curtain or something to block the water from flowing into the rest of the bathroom but pretty minor criticism. Def don’t stay here if you are disabled or have mobility issues as climbing up the stairs to the loft will be tricky. And don’t hit your head on the ceiling! I only did it once but it was enough not to do it again :) "
