My first reaction was small property but everything is the same around, and to be honest the room was spacious, bigger than expected. Even though I didnt find the heater, it was warm. The only problem I got was the mold on the shower door. It gave me an allergy reaction and fever. That door must be taken away.

The room had a wonderful bed , a great canal view and it was a bonus that the water/ drinks in the room were included . The breakfast ( extra cost ) had a nice selection of menu items .

The Hoxton was in a great location the rooms were clean but the 1st night we were put in a room which was close to a staff through fare and there was a banging door every 3 minutes after speaking with the manager the room was changed for a smaller than booked room they offered to pay for breakfast to make up for this but we were still out of pocket 65 pounds. There were also issues with service for the bar and restaurant with food coming late and seating not available in bar area as the were very busy.

Excellent hotel. Room quiet and clean. Need to crawl into and out of the bed so keep this in mind if mobility issues. Otherwise awesome.
