"Lovely 2 bedroom suite. Luxurious and clean. Unfortunately upon entering, there was an obvious scent of cigarette smoke odour in the apartment even though its stated as a non smoking one. As we were unable to change the room as it was the only one of its type, hotel housekeeping provided 2 air ionisers to help remove the cigarette odours - which worked quite well for the 2 bedrooms. "

"Amazing room, wonderful friendly and helpful staff. The view was brilliant. I couldn’t fault anything, a wonderful hotel experience. The gym and pool facilities were top notch."

"There are English speaking front-desk staff members. The service is always courteous. The hotel is under-going renovation, according to the welcome letter put on the desk in the guest room. I am not sure if this is the reason that the western restaurant was closed during these days."
