"Great looking hotel. We had booked 4 rooms and they assigned us to be on the same floor. Amenities were excellent. The semi-buffet style was good though there were only a handful of choices for the main course. The rest of the buffet food were very good. It is nice and convenient that it is walking distance from the HK-Macau ferry. "

"Great resort! Our kids loved the pool and the kids club. Room was fantastic and the welcome plate of cookies and fruit was a pleasant surprise. We managed to get around with the free shuttle buses and city buses. For the value, it was incredible. Would definitely go back. "

The service was especially friendly and wonderful. They offered early check-in/late check-out, and also gave me fruits and sweets, suggested nice sightseeing routes, and even helped me exchange coins, which I really appreciated. "Very bad experience for staying this hotel. Even it’s non smoking floor, it’s smoking smell everywhere. Bad smoking smell in the room and also the blanket and pillows. My kids kept complaining and do not want to stay there. "

"Staff spoke little English but were helpful when assistance was needed. Family room was spacious. However the sofa bed was uncomfortable and cannot be sleep on. Sore spine and terrible pain. Definitely not recommended for sleeping. "
