Upon entering the room we noticed poorly maintained furniture. The coffee table had numerous chips and the other furniture was tired. The bathroom was not restocked properly as there was very little toilet paper and barely any soap in the bottle. Staff was professional and friendly. We had a very nice dinner at the onsite restaurant. This is billed as a luxury hotel but we were disappointed. I wrote management about the room but did not receive a satisfactory response.

"Everything was great! There was a lot of construction around the Alamo so getting to the hotel was a little harder but we did receive an email with directions to get around the construction. It was very helpful"
