Room was meant to sleep 4. The 4th bed was a half size bunk and was not made up when arrived. Had to see reception for sheets. Bathroom door and shower door did not close. Room was meant to be self contained however no bowls available. Smelt funny. Tv didn’t work. They were helpful in finding a parking space for our van that we weee not using.

Grounds need a good tidy up, cabins need to be cleaned properly as we found the kitchen cupboards / drawers to be dirty inside along with the utensils that needed to be washed before using. Pool was dirty. Gardens need tlc especially weeding. Cabin was dark and dingy.

We could not stay as they closed at 6.30 pm and we booked with you at 7.09 no one answered phones contacted wotif.com with questions about time of booking not happy that wotif.com took booking and they had already closed for the day
