"Really nice property on fantastic beach. Helpful staff. The only think to be aware of is that the Villa is on a main road, and very close to the railway line which is very noisy throughout the night and did rather spoil our stay. Also on 3 of the days we stayed there we wedding events or birthday parties going on very close which totally spoilt the tranquillity of the place."

"This is a great beach villa, this was our last stop of our tour of Sri Lanka and we were all ready for a rest! The villa is great for that, right on the beach and a tuktuk ride away from the next town. It had everything we needed: 2 good bedrooms and full working kitchen. The team were great and looked after us superbly well. All requests were catered for including shopping, cooking meals, extra towels. Our trip coincided with Sri Lankan New Year and everyone is on holiday - the Blue Parrot team...

"We could spent a week at Sudath red parrot beach Villa, we must say that the place ist absolutely amazing and wonderful! Staff couldn’t make for us more! All the people around the villa were friendly and helpful!! Beach was cleaned fast every morning, and no tourist around. The vila has everything what you need to spend a week in a paradise... restaurant are not so far, and if you don’t walk you can take a tuk-tuk which Also get organized by Sudath.
