"This hotel is stunning! The courtyard when you first walk in is surrounded by hydrangea’s in every color and the grounds are impeccable!! We stayed in the garden king room which was pie big for my husband and our 15 year old daughter. It’s also located right in the Herat of the island steps from all the shopping and restaurants! I cannot say more positive things about this beautiful hotel! "

"5 Stars – Wonderful Stay!We had an amazing time at this property! The house was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect—close to teh beach and downtown but still peaceful and quiet. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the area."

"First time for us on Nantucket. Loved it! House was as advertised. Plenty of room. Our oldest and his wife have a 2 month old, they stayed in the downstairs master and had plenty of room. Living space and kitchen were great size. Kathy was very responsive pre trip and the one time we texted her while on island. Would definitely go back and rent this property. "

"Clean and well-kept. Exactly what my group of three needed - a landing pad to get ready for the day in and sleep at night. No kitchen but we did not spend too much time in the unit so it didn't matter. Would stay again!"
"Hot tub wasn’t working when we got there, the heating system in the house was not working , had to use space heaters the entire time, and unit had a lot of construction all around. Not up to standards for the price"

"It was such a wonderful place for my family to stay while visiting Nantucket! Everyone got to have their own room (we put my very short sister in the attic room as my mom and I both were bonking our heads on the shorter slanted ceiling up there). A couple of light bulbs were out in various spots throughout the house and one of the shower curtain rods kept falling down but aside from that it was absolutely perfect and a much better value than multiple hotel rooms. The host was super quick to respond and even helped me in an early morning crisis on the check out day when I was accidentally locked out with the keys inside."
