"Slight trouble with check in. Agent wasn't aware of paid room by using app. Was made to wait for manager to verify reservation. After giving my room to another guest, I was able to get to it the next day. Tub and water wasn't working, need height to control ac-- no remote, TV started to work as I was leaving. "

"The hotel was not as described or in pictures it was Roach infested, dirty and window unit air was terrible. I had to keep asking for them to turn the water on to bathe or wash my face or even brush my teeth. Two nights my room didn't get cleaned or no breakfast. They kept wanting to spray the room for mosquitoes as i thought, but it turns out it was for roaches😡 As i told them i didn't come with them and dont want to take them either. "On the whole everything was ok except that I had to wait for about 20 minutes for my agent who should have been there before my arrival to complete my check- in came. I paid in advance so I believe that caused my problem. Maybe in future I will pay on my arrival to avoid unnecessary delays. "
