"Our stay was really enjoyable. The room and beds were very clean, and we were on the 4th floor, which gave us a great view! The corridors were nice and quiet, we were there on 2 weekday nights. The valets were such pleasant guys. Desk staff was great, when we had an issue with our bathtub, they were on it right away. We can only say good things about the Madison Beach and plan to return in 2025."

"This was a one night stay. The property is an older house in the city center. We were here to help a friend celebrate a birthday. The B&B was very close to the party making it easy to come and go. The room was small but comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic. "

"We returned for a second year and it was as wonderful as the first. The beach, the salt marsh and the whole area make for a perfect vacation. The house has a summer cottage feel which is what we wanted, and a great screened porch. Host Gene could not be nicer."
