Definitely a great place to go with a spouse the governor's club was impeccable I will definitely be going back but also a great place to go by myself I had a lovely time solo The library is great The views are great The room service was excellent housekeeping and hospitality were top notch I guess the only thing I would change is the price of parking and how late the governor's club stays open or how late they serve anything

Bathroom had hair in the tub. Governor’s club’s food is not much to look forward to. If they played some music so it wasn’t weirdly quiet, added some fruit and different cheeses to make a charcuterie board, and had more friendly staff, it would have felt like a more special experience. The woman at checkout was so rude that I felt like I was on candid camera. It was almost laughable. I know it’s difficult to hire staff post-covid, but please look at your staff. Sets the tone for the whole stay.

This hotel was pretty clean and well kept, however, I was disappointed with the facilities within my room. The outlets were extremely loose and would not hold my charger. The tv was very outdated and did not support any sort of streaming services. Overall, for the price of the hotel, I expected better quality.
