"It seemed quite affordable at first but after you add in all the charges for towels, linens, toilet paper, room cleaning, etc. you are better off paying more for a different hotel. This camping ground is unlike any other camping ground that we have stayed at, this one makes you pay for everything. Even the on site market was quite pricey. Location was good for our theme park outing but they are plenty other hotels to at near by. "

"Rooms are very dated and were not overly clean. Accommodation states that rooms have air conditioning, this is not the case, they have a plug in fan which is in no way sufficient during 34 deg C heat, very uncomfortable sleeping conditions. Arrived to be told that keys need to be collected from office in Bardolino (several KMs away) due to Covid, this was not communicated in advance, luckily we had a hire car others did not. "We were quite satisfied with our stay here. The apartments are a good size and our premium apartment had everything we needed. "This is such a lovely place to stay, very family orientated. The staff are amazing and so friendly. The property, grounds and pool were spotlessly clean. You need to have a car to stay here really if you want to get anywhere as it isn't really walkable to much. "Great location. Stayed with my parents and our 7 months year old baby. Apartment was very clean and Felicita was always available, very friendly, and explained everything. Very accommodating to find parking for our second car. Only a few meters away from the lake for swimming, could carry our paddleboard to the lake which was great, close to restaurants and ice cream. "We had a truly wonderful time with Francesco. This place is huge! So much incredible outdoor and indoor space. A fully stocked kitchen, nice little pool, fig trees and more. It's about 10 mins drive from both Bardolino and Garda, so it makes having a car a must. Most of the best restaurants are away from the water, so it was nice to be where we were. The place is very rustic. Don't expect the fanciest appliances but it has everything you need. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. "

"A perfectly lovely and a quiet retreat! Driving to the designated parking area inside the old city walls was a bit of a challenge with a large number of pedestrians here for New Year's holiday, but once at the hotel we didn't want to leave anyway! Very walkable to restaurants, attractions, shops. Most comfortable and relaxed we have been during our 2 week trip across northern Italia. 😀 "

"The hotel was lovely, location is convenient to get to the town centre, with a shuttle service from the hotel to the town available throughout the day. We went during off season so a lot of the on-site dining options weren’t available but they did still have one restaurant open. The spa facilities were great, very reasonably priced and the free parking was greatly appreciated as we did hire a car. Only criticism would be that the rooms are very modern but the bathrooms are not, with no ventilation fans or windows in the bathroom. "
