This was the best hotel I've stayed during my trip. Loved the huge rooms, comfortable beds, and all the amenities. We also requested the early breakfast and they had it ready to go when we were leaving to the airport. I also appreciate all their efforts to be environmentally responsible and the free minibar in the reception area.

This property is absolutely gorgeous! I am staying in the junior suite with a beautiful balcony overlooking the city. My amenities are exquisite along with the breakfast and food options on property. The staff has been extremely kind and helpful. I was only supposed to stay for two nights and I have now extended my stay for five and canceled my reservations at another property. I absolutely loved my stay at the Artiem Madrid and waish there were other locations to stay at in the other cities I will visit. The staff was amazingly helpful and kind, the room was spacious and clean (as was the bathroom), there were transit options nearby, the breakfast was delicious and there was a great variety of items including made to order items, there was also an area to take snacks and beverages throughout the day (with more items added in a fridge after 2 pm). I will recommend this hotel to my colleagues and will definitely stay here the next time I am in Madrid.

This is a very clean and comfortable stay. Not very close to city center, but a great option near the airport. Loved how eco friendly it is and the tea/snacks/coffee that are offered as a courtesy is a very unexpected surprise. Very nice touch.
