They offer early check-in (for a fee) which allowed me to enjoy breakfast buffet and nap, before exploring Madrid. The room has automated blackout shades, which made it easy to take a mid-day nap. The breakfast buffet was delicious with lots of options. Room is modern and stylish, with nice amenities and comfortable bed. "

Customer service in general is also excellent.. Special remark for Carmen , the young lady that greets you at breakfast time with a beautiful smile and always asking if we were pleased the hotel services .. "Good breakfast buffet. Great location with plenty of options to dine and shop nearby. Close to the subway station and within walking distance of the main Madrid attractions, but not in the middle of the super touristy and super busy areas of the city. "
