The apartment was nice. The area is very convenient for restaurants and shopping as well as getting to the subway station. There is NO on-site parking. Only street parking and good luck finding a spot. There are no windows to see outside. The windows open to an area between apartments.

We walked in and were shocked with the space. It smelled like mold, the stairs to the bedroom were small, steep and dangerous. The bed had no blanket. I tried to communicate with owner who ghosted me and never replied to my messages. We had to scramble and find a hotel because we could not stay there.

Een net verblijf die alles heeft wat je nodig hebt. In een nette buurt met een supermarkt aan de overkant. Een metro station op 3 minuten lopen en na 4 stops sta je op Sol dus in het centrum. Zou het zo weer boeken als we naar Madrid gaan.

Me gusta mucha me tiempo en esta casa. Es muy tranquila la área y dormí súper bien. No hay mucho arruino de los visinos. También Ramdy se communica súper bien y ayuda pronto con qualquer duda. Gracias Ramdy!

Good location but for short stay only. As the room is on the ground floor in an old building no natural light available. We had some little visitors during our stay. Agency and owner didn't help with the final invoice.

Ramdy is a super nice host, bed is comfy and the whole apartment is really nice. Perfect location, walking 25min to city center going through nice places. Parque de retiros is nearby. Highly recommend and will come back!

Pésimo. Reservé en agosto. 4 días antes del viaje en diciembre, el propietario me dice que no me puede dar ese apartamento por duplicidad con otra reserva. No nos quedó otra opción que cojer el apartamento que nos ofrecía pero estaba sucio, con mucho olor a humedad, utensilios de cocina llenos de grasa, sábanas sucias. En fin un desastre. Dispongo de fotos que justifican mi comentario.

Logement situé dans un vieil immeuble, n'a rien a voir avec la luminosité des photos. Bien des photos n'ont rien à voir, non plus, avec le logement en question. Une seule fenêtre qui donne sur une conduite en béton.Pas de parking du propriétaire comme annoncé dans l'annonce. La propreté laisse à désirer, les odeurs aussi. Pas plus de commentaire...

The experience here was amazing! The owner was very polite and was very accommodating. He was even able to work with us as our flight landed a couple hours earlier and let us check in at an earlier time! Great communicator as well. All my messages were responded to promptly. The apartment was perfect for me and my friend who were visiting. The place is also only half a block away from the metro so easy access to the whole city.. Overall wonderful experience.

La casa es tal y como se ve en las fotos, con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en Madrid sin preocupaciones. Está a dos minutos andando de la parada de metro más cercana (que es línea directa con Sol) y también muy cerca de varios supermercados. Ramdy es muy atento e hizo el proceso muy fácil. Muy recomendable.
