This penthouse with two heights, retains the taste of old Madrid. Two different spaces for leisure and relaxation, one below and one above, on both floors there is a living room with double sofa bed and TV, bedroom with double bed and bathroom, everything you need to let your mind wander after a busy day of tourism or focus on reading, without disturbing or being disturbed.
Access to the terrace is located on the ground floor.
Also with the furniture, we wanted to preserve a certain taste of old Madrid, recovering pieces that transport us away from the uniform decorative modernity.

You will feel very comfortable in this cozy and warm atmosphere.
Perhaps because there are stairs inside the attic, it is not the ideal accommodation for small children or older people or with difficulty moving. The building does have an elevator.

You will find on your arrival, cold drinks in the refrigerator, juices, milk, coffee, infusions and some pastries for your first breakfast, in addition to the essentials for cooking, oil and vinegar, salt, spices and all the necessary kitchenware, with Nice tableware

You can smoke on the terrace, but only on the terrace.

The area around Puerta del Sol is the biggest attraction for tourists who come to visit Madrid and the pure center of the city. Being the nerve center of the city, all transports pass through it, train, subway, buses, taxis .... all but the private vehicle, since the area is APR (residential priority area) with access restricted to residents , but it can be passed to access the numerous public car parks nearby.
