Erase un Hotel in Madrid exceeded my expectations! The location is fantastic, with easy access to public transport and key attractions. The rooms are thoughtfully designed, combining comfort and modern style. What truly stood out was the exceptional service—the staff were welcoming, professional, and always eager to help. Pretty small hotel, but offers everything you need, the area offers easy access to the train system and city cabs and buses. Hotel staff were very helpful, friendly and eager to help you in any way possible, I want to personally thank Paola at the front desk for her willingness to assist me every time I had a question about the city or anything in general.

The hotel is super !! It’s a small very well designed. It has many amenities and it’s an excellent price / quality. The neighborhood is not the best one, but it’s very good connected with bus and metro less than 100m. Also many supermarkets, shops nearby. Could stay hear again

The property is clean and the air conditioning worked good. The overall theme is a little dated, but everything worked fine. Nice showers and a good café downstairs for breakfast or quick lunch. Friendly and helpful staff.

The room is nice and clean, but it's a little bit older than in the picture. The staff is really friendly and the thematic areas are really nice! The bar downstairs offers good food options for breakfast and lunch. I had a good time there.

Our room was on 6th floor facing the back so was quiet and very clean. Bed comfy and overall a very pleasant stay. An early check in option would be great although we could leave bags until check in at 3 but would stay again. Location ideal as near metro to get around. Nice wee pastry coffee shop on ground floor too.

Good hotel and well connected to subway

Good hotel basically with nice staff , The toilet was not properly fixed on the floor so it was shaking, also the reload of water to the basin of the toilet made noise like a waterfall in the jungle. Elevators need forever to come. Little restaurant below is nice for breakfast.

Muy bonito a demás que esta cerca de una estación de metro de la línea 1 caminando llegas en menos de 5 minutos y justo enfrente una estación del bus, excelente srvicio por parte del personal de recepción, muy atentos. La habitacion muy comoda y con todas las necesidades básicas y muy limpia. El desayuno muy rico y bastante llenador.
