This is a fabulous apartment! Amazing location very close to the Metro at Plaza de Espana as well as walking to many exciting cultural sightseeing spots and extended parks!! Great grocery down the street to enjoy at your place. We highly recommend!!

The appartments are in a great location in central Madrid near Plaza Espana, and are spacious but they are showing signs of wear and tear, and in need of a refresh, the floors, walls, are a bit grubby and furniture all need replacing soon. It would be a good price if it were not for this.

Super completa la cocina para cocinar sin problemas. La ubicaciĆ³n en la zona de Plaza EspaƱa a una cuadra de la Gran Via y a pie de todos los lugares de interĆ©s y tiendas. Excelente ubicaciĆ³n, pero NO es hotel.
En general bien, pero NO es un hotel. Es un departamento tipo Airbnb donde no hay ningĆŗn servicio, no limpian el cuarto, no te ayudan con maletas, no hay restaurante, etc. Eso no deberĆ­a ser problema (para quien le gusta ese concepto), pero no lo dicen. Lo anuncian como hotel.
