Situated in a strategic location, this bright and tastefully furnished 75m2 apartment has all the essential amenities you need for a pleasant stay.

With subtle interior design elements, the living room is spacious and features a comfy sofa bed and a TV, where you can relax after a long day of sightseeing. It also has a dining area where you can eat your meals if you dine in.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you’ll need to cook a delicious meal.

The apartment comes with three bedrooms. Two bedrooms contain comfortable double beds, and the third has a queen-size bed with hotel-quality linens and multiple storage spaces. They also have a work desk for remote workers to do their work.

The two bathrooms have all the amenities you will need, including towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience.

The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Centro is a bustling district in the heart of the city. Here you'll find some of Madrid's most famous attractions, including El Retiro Park, Plaza de España, the Royal Palace of Madrid, and the Museo Nacional Centro de Arte Reina Sofía. There are also plenty of restaurants and bars in the area, and shopping opportunities at the trendy Círculo de Bellas Artes and the beautiful Mercado de la Reina. If you're looking for a central location in Madrid, Centro is the place to be.

The apartment is within walking distance of two metro stations, La Latina and Puerta de Toledo, making it convenient for tourists to get around.

Adolfo Suárez Madrid–Barajas Airport is a 25-minute drive from the property.

Check-ins after 9 PM until midnight will have an extra cost of 30€, and check-ins after midnight will have an additional charge of 55€. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. If you need cleaning or extra linen, please let us know, and we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
