This place is a good, if not great, place to stay. Staff were helpful. Breakfast didn't have everything, but covered what we needed. Local area was a bit noisy and the external soundproofing wasn't that good. Excellent restaurants in the area, especially La Musa on the same street. It was about 30 mins walk from the main sights which was easy.

I stayed here for 3 days for a work trip, while the staff truly made the experience great with their kindness and helpfulness, the facilities could use some improvement. Every team member went out of their way to assist and create a welcoming atmosphere, which I really appreciated. Overall, the exceptional service made up for the shortcomings in facilities, but a few updates would make it even better.

Stylish hotel in a fun but noisy neighborhood

Beautiful looking room but lacked some essentials. No coffee machine or even a kettle in the room. No conditioner for shower. Windows were not soundproofed and the street outside was very noisy at night. Neighbourhood was great though, lots of restaurants and bars nearby.

Right in the heart of Madrid. The Bilbao station will send you to the main parts of Madrid like Gran Via and Puerta del Sol. Also connects you to stations that transfers you to other lines if you wanna broaden your horizons. Breakfast is free, staff is super accommodating. All and all, it was a great stay in Madrid!

We didn’t have the best customer service experiences in Spain except for this hotel. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The property had a theater theme and the history behind the building. The location is excellent, lots of restaurants nearby. The room was very cute and cozy, comfortable beds and very clean.
