Everything is great with my stay here. Very recommended to stay here whenever you visit Madrid. The Metro station is about 10 mins walking distance, the breakfast is exceptional for both staff and food choice (especially Anna in breakfast, her service is super). However, for some reason our room was very hot even though we stayed here in October. Not too sure if the AC was not working or there was no AC. But overall we enjoyed our stay!! Thanks.

Madrid city break

The sofa bed hadn’t been made up when we checked in but was sorted promptly. The room was a decent size with the sofa bed made there was still space to move around. Buffet breakfast set us up for the day touring the city. Factor in taxi costs €15 a trip. Good value accommodation.

It was okay overall. For the price though, you Can stay more central in Madrid. This is out of the way. The staff was friendly and helpful though. The gym was pretty good. The pool is not heated and very cold. The breakfast was OK.

The room is like a college dormitory. It is very sparse and hardly any place to put things. This is a very overpriced hotel. Breakfast is not included with the price and the “promotion price” is 18 euros per person for cold eggs and other breakfast items. We have stayed in many Ibis hotels and this is by far the worst. Also, the towels smell bad (like cooked onions) and the floors in the room needed to be mopped. The staff was very nice and helpful.
