Nice apartment to see the sights of Madrid
Very easy checkin process and neat apartmwnt. The location was great for seeing the sights, although the days we stayed there was comstruction across the small street. Very nice to have 3 bedrooms and full 2.5 bathrooms for our family plus large area to hang out. Would recommend for tourists.

The location was wonderful and provided easy access to the sites we planned to visit, transportation, and mini markets. Overall it was a very enjoyable stay. There were a few comments from other renters that I read AFTER signing up and found to be applicable to our stay: 1) There was construction going on right in front of our building that we weren’t made aware of until we received the check in details, would have been nice to know this sooner. This caused some confusion for the taxi drop off but the noise wasn’t a problem because we were gone most of the day. 2). The apartment was as shown in photos but the bathrooms could definitely used a bit more attention. 3) It was a surprise to see the list of furnishings (down to the number of knives, forks, and spoons) that would be inspected after our stay. The foil and clear wrap were nowhere to be found and it made me anxious about what else might be missing that we might be held responsible for.

Great apartment in awesome location
This apartment was as described and worked well for my family of 5. There was plenty of space and we greatly appreciated having the elevator! The only comment is that the couches were so uncomfortable to sit on, I would consider upgrading those but otherwise it was a great property! My son forgot his stuffed animal behind and the property manager was very accommodating in mailing it to us, which we greatly appreciated. Thanks for the stay, I will definitely consider if I find myself back in Madrid.

Our first visit to Madrid
Great Central location near restaurants and sites. Currently there is construction in front of the property. There are still restaurants that open up around it but it's not as pleasant aesthetically. The location had everything offered in the property details, kitchen offers, pads and utensils and plates for eating. Grocery store nearby, close to Great cafes and restaurants. Only drawback is that there is no natural light in the bedrooms. But the apartment was furnished nicely.

Lovely and comfortable apartment
This was our fourth rental in Spain and the absolute best. The apartment is spacious, charming, clean, and has new, comfortable mattresses. It’s a short walk to Puerta del Sol in one direction and the museums and El Retiro in the other. Nerea was a wonderful host. She quickly responded to questions and gave us all the information we needed well in advance of arrival. We hope to stay here again soon.

Great spot to stay in Madrid
Location and cleanliness and access was superb! Would stay there again. Two suggestions to improve the stay. 1. The process of signing for the inventory is cumbersome and should be reviewed by the owner. 2. The apartment needs a better coffee maker. Most visitors are coffee lovers, and a better machine is needed. But we highly recommend this apartment for a future stay.

Comfortable space, great location
The location gave us easy walking access to museums, tapas bars, Plaza del Sol, and all the street energy of Madrid. Comfortable living room to gather, quiet sleeping. Kitchen was small and efficient. Not equipped for major meal cooking, but easy for breakfast and snacks. Host was accomodating.

Clean, perfect location
Very clean, bright apartment, great layout with the bedrooms in the back away from the kitchen, living room and street. The apartment was in a perfect location where we could walk to all of the sights near and far. We loved having the kitchen so we could start off our day with coffee and breakfast, but some basic supplies were lacking such as a cutting board and serrated knife; paper towels or a dish towel or two would have been a nice touch to dry our hands and wipe up. The listing and other guests mention the construction across the street. It didn't bother us much because we were always out, but they started loud work at 7:30 a.m. on our last day (Monday) and if we didn't have to leave first thing it would have been very disruptive. We would definitely stay there again!

We didn’t let the construction get in the way.
The location could not be better. Construction across the street was wrapping up and it was a bit dusty. Bathrooms could use some attention. Overall the location was quiet and near everything we want to be around. The third bathroom was a huge plus while everyone was getting ready. I would stay again!

Top Location In Madrid !
This apartment was very comfortable for our family of 6. It was within walking distance to everything. We didn’t use the kitchen appliances but found instructions for operating the tv would be helpful.

Fantastic location and very clean apartment
This apartment location was incredible. We never actually took the metro as we were so central to everything we wanted to visit. The apartment itself worked quite well for us. We were two children, one teen and two adults and the rooms, along with the 2.5 bathrooms, were exactly what we needed. Unfortunately the building across the way is under construction so our view out of the apartment was of the construction. But given that we didn't spend much time in the apartment it was ok. We could also hear our neighbors above us, but that's the reality of city living. The apartment managers were incredibly responsive and helpful.

Nice flat in central location

Apt falling apart
The location is very good plus the information that was left was detailed and organized. That’s the good part. The bad part is that so many things in the apartment are falling apart. The chairs were wobbly at the dining room table, cheap chairs, but the screw fell out of one while I was sitting on it, and I almost fell on my butt one of the lamps that we moved. The shade just fell off of it. I don’t mean the actual shade I mean the fabric covering the metal frame of the shade. It looked like it had just rotted off. My nightstand was so wobbly I was afraid to put anything on it. My friend didn’t have a nightstand in her room. The beds were just barely acceptable. Very hard I don’t understand how someone could spend the time making such a nice detailed list of where everything is and how to get there and even a cab driver with a number and then let the whole apartment just Fall apart. I would not stay there again for that reason. They need to put some of the money they make back into the apartment.

Great location
This property is centrally located which makes it ideal to walk to all the highlights of the city. The house is stocked with what you'll need. We loved that there were extra towels along with shampoo and body gel provided. The coffee maker was Italian and nothing we had used before so we just bought instant coffee and there is a cafe on the same street. The office did sent us a contract to sign with an inventory sheet with a listing of everything in the apartment and with exact numbers of every item - forks, spoons, plates, lamps, rugs, etc...The contract said we would be charged for anything missing so I asked if someone was going to meet us upon arrival to confirm and help go through the inventory sheet. We were told that we could do that on our own and that it would be checked after we left. So you can see that on my vacation I was counting silverware as I did not want to be charged for anything missing. This was new to me. We were told several times to be respectful of the noise level bc a tenant had a new baby. I have no problem with this and appreciated knowing. However, the noise concern would not be coming from us but from the ongoing construction right outside our window in the street. I wish this had been disclosed as it was very loud and disruptive in the morning. The bathrooms could have been a bit more cleaner, especially behind the doors in the bathrooms. The beds and pillows were memory foam and were extremely comfortable - that was a very nice touch.

This was easily one of the nicest places we’ve stayed while travelling through Spain. The apartment was clean, exactly as advertised. The rooms were set up so that you can’t hear the hustle and bustle of the street while you sleep! Centrally located… easy to get to everywhere! Highly recommend if you are travelling with your family!

We had a wonderful stay. Nerea the property manager was awesome. She was very friendly extremely attentive to our needs for early check in. The place was impeccable. Our only concern was that it was a bit loud at night due to a small business across the street. However, the best pizza in town was also across the street!! Would definitely stay here again.
